Governors
Our Governing Body is responsible for overall
control of all aspects of the school and provides educational links with
the local community.
The 1986 Education Act places a responsibility on the governors to issue
an annual report. There is also an annual parents' meeting where
this report is discussed. The governing body consists of two nominees of
the LEA, a nominee of the Parish Council, three parent governors,
one teacher governor and two members co-opted by the governing body.
Separate committees deal with finance, sites and buildings and personnel.
